SPRING IS BLOSSOMING AT THE GROVE AS EXCITING NEW LINEUP OF FASHION RETAILERS IS ANNOUNCED

Los Angeles, January 25, 2007 - The Grove "springs" into high gear and ups its fashion quotient this season with the announcement of five new retailers to complement its existing roster of popular, upscale tenants. Michael Kors, BARNEYS NEW YORK CO-OP, Fresh, Davante and Kiehl’s will help usher in the new spring season with the forward flair and modern merchandising approach that has come to be The Grove's signature.

The Grove brings exclusive fashion retailers Michael Kors and BARNEYS NEW YORK CO-OP to Los Angeles in their first free-standing locations, each designed with a distinctive style destined to capture the imaginations and discerning tastes of The Grove's savvy shopper.

Leading fashion designer MICHAEL KORS will open its first Los Angeles lifestyle store in April. Kors brings his vision of jet-set luxury to this new 2,000 square- foot boutique, featuring clothing, accessories and footwear from the full range of is collections - Michael Kors, KORS Michael Kors and MICHAEL Michael Kors.

BARNEYS NEW YORK CO-OP will debut in March in a 10,000 square-foot store on Bow Street, across from The Whisper Lounge. It will include hip casual apparel from the hottest designers and a selection of the most sought-after denim lines. Clothing, shoes and accessories will feature Helmut Lang, 3.1 Phillip Lim, Daryl K-19 and Guillaume Hinfray. Men's lines will include A.P.C., Raf by Raf Simons, Rag & Bone and McQ by Alexander McQueen.

Opening at The Grove in April adjacent to NORDSTROM, FRESH offers the ultimate in luxury bath and beauty products. Whether it is skincare, makeup, fragrance, hair care, body care or products for the home, Fresh is a destination of choice for everything needed to pamper the body and sooth the mind. Building on the cultural foundations of the past and utilizing the evolving research and technology of the present, Fresh creates the future traditions of beauty.

Located next to Tracy Allen Fine Jewelry, DAVANTE features couture eyewear collections for sun and shade, work and play, combined with the highest level of personal service. Brand names include Giorgio Armani, Bvlgari, Cartier, Roberto Cavalli, Chanel, Dior, Dolce & Gabbana, Gucci, Marc Jacobs, Prada, Versace and many others.

SINCE 1851 KIEHL'S has maintained its reputation for high quality skin and hair care products for the entire family that include a line of mild baby care formulas, iconic shaving products for men, and even shampoos for horses and dogs. Perennially popular items include Lip Balm #1, Kiehl's Dermatologist Solutions and the cult favorite Ultra Facial Moisturizer.
