The Village at Moorpark is a 42,380 square foot community shopping center located at the northwest corner of Moorpark Road and Thousand Oaks Boulevard in the City of Thousand Oaks.

Closing on the land on August 10, 1995, the Village at Moorpark opened for business April 1, 1996 -- after only 22 weeks of construction. Caruso Management Company, Ltd. manages the 100% leased project.
