The Grove

Overview

Set on 20 acres adjacent to the historic Farmers Market in Los Angeles, The Grove is a Southern California landmark and one of the most successful retail, dining and entertainment centers in the country.

Offering a lush park-like setting, a vibrant pedestrian streetscape and a first-class retail mix, The Grove successfully marries atmospheric hometown charm with a luxurious shopping resort. This unique mix has earned The Grove recognition as the heart of the city - a "see and be seen" place, a neighborhood, and a community all its own.

The ground-up development has attracted nationally known and one-of-a-kind upscale retailers and restaurateurs, as well as visitors from throughout the region and around the world.

The Grove's varied storefronts and al fresco cafes surround a central Town Square area with a musical fountain featuring choreographed dancing waters. An Art-Deco style, state-of-the-art cinema reminiscent of the movie palaces of Hollywood's golden age strikes a grand setting for frequent onsite movie premiers and red carpet events. An old-fashioned double-decker trolley, travels along quaint internal streets, carrying passengers through the center to the neighboring Farmers Market.

Since opening in 2002, The Grove has defied industry standards and surpassed all performance norms for a conventional shopping mall. It's meticulous design, first class service and unique style has won numerous awards and recognition throughout the retail industry.
