Encino Marketplace is a 95,000 square foot community shopping center located at the intersection of Ventura Boulevard and Hayvenhurst Avenue in Encino, California. Encino Marketplace was 100% pre-leased prior to construction in 1994, and remains 100% leased today.

The development opened for business on November 17, 1994, after only 21 weeks of construction. Caruso Management Company, Ltd., manages the fully occupied project.
