With his unique professional experience and depth of knowledge, William B. Witte brings valuable expertise to the company in both the financial and capital markets. Mr. Witte is responsible for managing the companyıs securities portfolios, and together with Dave Liston, he structures and arranges corporate financings, including construction loans, permanent financings, working capital lines, and public financings.

Before joining Caruso, Mr. Witte was Vice President and Member of Management for Union Bank of Switzerland (UBS), where he headed a private banking unit, both directing investment portfolios and lending to wealthy families and their closely held businesses.

Prior to UBS, Mr. Witte worked in Global Corporate Finance for Bankers Trust Company (BTCo.), creating deal structures for a variety of debt transactions, including leveraged buy outs, leveraged recapitalizations, DIP financings, CP back-up lines, and Medium Term Note offerings.

Mr. Witte was with Shearson Lehman Brothers before BTCo., working as a Financial Consultant in the brokerage, investment management, and options trading areas.

Mr. Witte graduated with top honors ("With Distinction") from Stanford University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Petroleum Engineering.
