Todd M. Russell is Executive Vice President, Leasing and Marketing. In his position, Mr. Russell is responsible for retail shop and department store leasing as well as the retail marketing of the Caruso Affiliated properties.

With over 20 years in the shopping center industry, Mr. Russell's experience includes pre-development and redevelopment leasing of regional and super-regional shopping centers, specializing in the luxury retail tenant leasing and marketing.

Prior to joining Caruso Affiliated, Mr. Russell held the position of Leasing Executive for C.J. Segerstrom & Sons, the owners of South Coast Plaza for 10 years.
