Mr. Veje is responsible for the direct oversight and coordination of all construction department related activities for Caruso Affiliated. From inception to closeout, Mr. Veje prepares and distributes all project related budgets and schedules. Issues and manages all contracts relating to construction management, design and engineering production drawings. Supervises tenant coordination, engineering, and field construction for cost control, schedule adherence and quality assurance.

Mr. Veje’s project resume includes all construction types and uses. From Type I high-rise commercial, Type II & III retail, to Type V residential. He has proven to posses the management and technical expertise required to execute on Caruso Affiliated’s promise to deliver the highest quality product to the customer. Mr. Veje’s career is marked by his acute attention to detail, his ability to build, track and adhere to project budgets, and never miss a delivery date. He carries a reputation in the industry of being a strong team leader, a results driven manager and savvy builder of projects.

Mr. Veje graduated from Cal Poly with a degree in Civil Engineering
