Paul Kurzawa oversees the operations department for the portfolio of residential, commercial, and retail properties at Caruso Affiliated. He is responsible for maintaining the day-to-day management of the centers and for maintaining constant high quality real estate operations. His additional responsibilities include the fiscal asset management of Caruso’s centers, property tax issues, corporate and property insurance issues and coordinating legal issues for all properties

Prior to joining Caruso Affiliated in January 2007, he spent six years with Westfield Corp., rising from assistant general manager to senior general manager to VP, management. During his tenure, he oversaw shopping center properties including Westfield Solano and Westfield Valley Fair in the San Francisco Bay Area, as well as the expansion and redevelopment of Westfield Century City in Los Angeles, most recently spearheading strategic management of all Westfield center operations for a11 retail and office assets in L.A.

He previously worked in marketing and project management for Lend Lease Real Estate Investments, formerly known as ERE Yarmouth.

Mr. Kurzawa received his Bachelor of Arts degree in economics and political science/public policy from the Australian National University. He has served both as an executive member and board member of the Century City Chamber of Commerce as well as a board member of the Starlight, Starbright Children’s Foundation.
