Michael W. McManus oversees all new development activities for Caruso Affiliated, from project inception to completion.

Mr. McManus has more than two decades of experience in real estate development. Prior to joining Caruso Affiliated in 1999, he worked for Simon Property Group for 12 years. At Caruso Affiliated, he supervised construction and development of The Grove, The Lakes, Marina Waterside and The Americana at Brand, as well as various repositioning projects. As the head of the Development Department, Mr. McManus is currently managing the development of The Shops at Santa Anita, The Miramar Beach Resort and Bungalows, 8500 Burton Way apartments and improvements to The Promenade at Westlake.

Mr. McManus graduated with a bachelor of science degree in mechanical engineering from Penn State University.
