Michael W. McManus is responsible for all construction activities for Caruso Affiliated, from project inception to completion. His responsibilities include construction management, entitlements, production drawings, tenant coordination, engineering, field quality, budgets, and schedules.

Mr. McManus has 20 years of experience in the construction development industry and was formerly in the Construction Department at Simon Property Group for 12 years. He is currently a committee member of the ICSC Centerbuild Conference.

Mr. McManus graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University.
