As Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Liston is responsible for the direct oversight of all financial affairs of Caruso Affiliated.

Mr. Liston has over 20 years of tax and financial accounting experience. Prior to joining Caruso in 1996, Mr. Liston was a Tax Partner with KPMG Peat Marwick. During his 15+ years with KPMG, Mr. Liston's clients included numerous publicly traded companies, real estate ventures, and high net worth individuals.

Mr. Liston has served in a number of civic and charitable capacities for organizations such as the Los Angeles Business Council, United Way of Los Angeles, Simi Valley Cultural Arts Center Foundation, San Fernando Valley Interfaith Council, CSUN Advisory Board for the Center of Financial Services, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Mr. Liston has been a guest speaker for various institutions, including the California Society of Certified Public Accountants, University of Southern California, California State University, Northridge, and University of California, Los Angeles.

Mr. Liston graduated from California State University, Northridge, and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration.
